Hello TCC Families!

As we enter the festive month of December, we want to take a moment to look back at all the joy, learning, and growth that filled our classrooms in November. From birthdays and cooking adventures to heartwarming celebrations and standout student achievements, last month gave us so much to smile about. Thank you, families, for being part of our community and for helping make TCC a place of warmth, discovery, and fun!

🧑‍🍳 Another Month of Cooking 👩🏽‍🍳

“It's been Two Months of Deliciousness”

November brought out the chef in every child—and every teacher! Throughout our Cooking Month, students and staff teamed up to create something truly special: the TCC Cookbook. Children explored a variety of recipes, from building the perfect pizza to mixing delicious brownie batter. Each creation was carefully recorded, giving students a sense of pride and ownership in their culinary journey.

One of the highlights of the month was our trip to the grocery store. The children were eager explorers, learning how to select the freshest ingredients, compare items, and even make cost-saving choices. Their eyes lit up as they pushed mini carts, looked for special items on their lists, and practiced responsibility in real-world settings.

Back in the classroom, measuring ingredients became a daily adventure. The children developed patience, teamwork, and math skills as they scooped, poured, and mixed. Cooking Month not only filled our rooms with delicious smells—it helped strengthen confidence, independence, and creativity in every child who participated.

🍂 A Season of Thanks & Togetherness

"Celebrating our annual Harvest Potluck with grateful hearts."

Our annual Harvest Party was a beautiful celebration of community, gratitude, and togetherness, and this year’s event was truly one to remember. The atmosphere was filled with joy as our students gathered to share a special meal with their classmates and teachers. Smiles, laughter, and cheerful conversations filled the room, while warm fall decorations helped create a cozy and welcoming environment that made everyone feel right at home.

As part of our tradition, families came together to contribute to our potluck, and the variety of dishes was simply wonderful. From savory favorites to sweet treats, each dish was prepared with care and love. The children were excited to try new foods, share their favorites with friends, and practice table manners in a relaxed and joyful setting. The potluck not only nourished our bodies but also strengthened our sense of connection as a TCC family.

Throughout the celebration, praise and worship music played softly in the background, setting a peaceful and thankful tone. The music encouraged reflection, gratitude, and a shared appreciation for the blessings in our lives. It added a meaningful layer to the celebration and reminded us of the importance of giving thanks together.

We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to every family who contributed food, time, or support to make this event possible. Your generosity and involvement helped create a warm, memorable experience for the children. Events like our Harvest Party remind us how special our community is, and we are grateful to share these meaningful moments with you and your families.

🎂 November Birthdays

Wishing our October babies all the best!

November was especially exciting as we celebrated three wonderful birthdays! Both Aria and Amar shared a birthday on November 21, filling our classrooms with double the smiles and double the joy. The children enjoyed celebrating them with songs, laughter, and lots of birthday cheer.

Just a few days later, on November 24, we celebrated Dominick’s big day! The children joined in to make his day extra special, lifting him up with warm wishes and bright spirits. Birthdays at TCC are always a reminder of how quickly our little ones grow and how grateful we are to share these special milestones with them.

We wish Aria, Amar, and Dominick a year filled with happiness, growth, and wonderful memories. We pray that their new year of life is blessed, joyful, and filled with adventure!

Student of the Month

Congratulations to Axel R.!

This November, we were proud to recognize one of our newest students, Axel R., as our Student of the Month!

Even though Axel joined us recently, he has made a bright and memorable impact in such a short time. His eagerness to jump into classroom activities and his willingness to learn new routines have impressed both his teachers and his classmates. From the moment he arrived, Axel carried himself with a positive attitude that instantly made him stand out.

Every day, Axel shows a natural desire to be helpful. Whether he is assisting a friend with a task, picking up materials without being asked, or volunteering for classroom responsibilities, he consistently demonstrates leadership through service. His cheerful spirit brings an uplifting energy to the room, and it’s clear that he takes pride in being a supportive member of the TCC family. Teachers appreciate his respectful behavior, and students enjoy working alongside him because of his gentle, encouraging nature.

What we love most about Axel is his heart. He treats others with kindness, practices good listening, and approaches every activity—big or small—with focus and effort. His ability to make others feel included and valued shows maturity beyond his years. Axel is a wonderful example of what it means to be a role model, and we are grateful to have him in our program.

Congratulations, Axel! Keep shining, keep helping, and keep being the wonderful student you are. We are incredibly proud of your hard work and excited to watch you continue to grow at TCC!
