March Highlights!

Hello TCC Families!
March was a month full of creativity, discovery, and meaningful moments here at Training Children Childcare! From hands-on art projects to imaginative dramatic play, our students explored new ideas while strengthening friendships and building confidence. It’s always a blessing to watch our children learn, grow, and express themselves in such unique ways.
As we reflect on the past month, we’re excited to share some of the highlights that made March so special. From birthdays to classroom achievements, there was no shortage of reasons to celebrate!

🎨 Art Month with Ms. Cailee:
"A Colorful Journey"
March was bursting with color as our students dove into Art Month with Ms. Cailee! The classrooms were filled with excitement as children explored the world of colors in fun and interactive ways. From the very beginning, students were introduced to the foundational concepts of primary and secondary colors.
Ms. Cailee taught the children a catchy color mixing song that quickly became a classroom favorite. Through music and repetition, students learned that red, blue, and yellow are the primary colors—and that these colors can be combined to create orange, green, and purple. Watching the children sing along while learning was truly a highlight of the month.
The learning didn’t stop there! Students participated in hands-on color mixing activities where they were able to see the magic happen right before their eyes. Whether it was blending paints or experimenting with different shades, each child had the opportunity to explore creativity in a meaningful way.
Art Month has sparked curiosity and imagination in our students, and we can’t wait to see what new artistic adventures Ms. Cailee has planned next. One thing is for sure—our classrooms will continue to be filled with color and creativity!
🏥 Hospital Month with Ms. Fun:
"Learning Through Play"

In addition to their artistic exploration, our students also engaged in an exciting and educational Hospital Month with Ms. Fun. This unit focused on helping children understand the importance of taking care of their bodies while introducing them to the world of healthcare.
The children kicked things off with Hospital Dramatic Play, where they stepped into the roles of doctors, nurses, and patients. This hands-on experience allowed them to explore real-life scenarios in a safe and imaginative way. It was amazing to see their confidence grow as they practiced caring for others and communicating with their peers.

Ms. Fun also introduced the concept of DNA in a way that was both fun and memorable. Using candy, the children created their own DNA models, giving them a visual and hands-on understanding of something that might otherwise seem complex. Activities like these make learning both engaging and meaningful.
Hospital Month was a wonderful blend of education and play, helping students build awareness about their bodies while developing empathy and teamwork. We are so proud of how engaged and enthusiastic the children were throughout this unit!
